The legitimate interests are the secure and stable operation of this private website. Log data is deleted or anonymised when it is no longer required for these purposes, unless a security incident requires longer retention.
The selected language (German or English) is stored locally in the browser so that it can be used on a subsequent visit. This value is not used for tracking and is not transmitted to third parties. The storage is technically required for the function requested by the user within the meaning of § 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG. It remains until the language is changed or the browser data is deleted.

Messages are deleted when the matter has been concluded and no statutory retention duty or legitimate need to retain evidence applies. Email transmission may have security vulnerabilities.

Links to external services such as LinkedIn, Facebook or Spotify are ordinary links, not embedded plug-ins.
